Local Area
Our house is very close to Southfields which has a village feel to it; offering plenty of good cafes, delis and reasonably priced restaurants and pubs from Italian to Thai.
It has a a few small shops including gift shops, boutiques and a bookshop. We are situated opposite a large library and a couple of minutes from an Internet Post Office.
Wimbledon Town Centre (two stops on the tube) has a large number of shops including all the main high street stores and department stores. There is also a main line train station.
Wimbledon Village, half an hour stroll or a short bus ride, has many exclusive and delightful shops as well as a Cafe Society atmosphere.
